The club have declared that the last home game of this season ‘Claret Day’ and visitors to Sixfields on Saturday are being asked to come to the League Two clash against Chester wearing the club’s traditional colours.
The Chairman, David Cardoza said: ‘Once again the supporters have been tremendous up and down the country, and we hope they will enter in to the Claret Day spirit to cheer the players on in a very important game.’
‘Once again, it has been a season of progress in more ways than one and I hope that Claret Day will help celebrate the fact that we are Northampton Town and we are proud to be Northampton Town.’
