Stuart Gray has told his players that they must not be bullied out of games as they were at Brighton last Saturday. So the crowd at Sixfields as well as the manager will be looking for a performance against Yeovil. Gray is without left back Jackman for several weeks, his automatic replacement Andy Holt is also struggling, as is leading striker Kirk. Gray has hinted that he is still looking to strengthen his squad from Premier and Championship clubs; with all the squad fit, he`s still several players short of a team able to compete in League 1.

Yeovil will be without their striker Darryl Knights. He is on compassionate leave after his brother was involved in a serious road accident. Unlike the Cobblers, Yeovil have a win in league having beaten Port Vale. They were also the surprise team of last year, beating Forest in the memorable semi-final at the City ground, and then losing out to Blackpool in the final. Ex-Cobblers` assistant manager Russell Slade lost Chris Cohen and Aaron Davies to Forest in the summer. The Glovers are expecting to put in another strong showing in this league this season.

The assistant referee at Sixfields will be Alexandra Ihringovaman, originally from Slovakia. She is experienced at International level in the women`s` game, but has just joined the list for the men`s` game.

Predictions for the game-my eternal pessimism says 3-1 to Yeovil.
